With multiscreen setup, the popup windows & tooltips are shown on the incorrect screen

    Description

      Locator popup, context help popups pop in the wrong screen.

      Have a multiscreen(Displays) setup. 

      • Launch Qt Creator
      • Move creator to the secondary display
      • Use locator or right-click on a project or context help popup
      • The popup is still shown on the primary screen.
