Tab size settings are ignored

    Description

      The tab size settings are ignored and uses the default of indent 8.

      The functionality seems to be completely broken. My settings:

      Tab policy: Spaces Only

      TabSize/Indent Size: 4

      Load a file with tab indents. The result is an indent of 8. If I now select Tab policy: Tabs Only, a tab adds an indent of 4, while old indents are still 8.
