Logs are not visible in 'Application Output' in Debug

My application uses qDebug et qCDebug to output logs.
When running the application from Qt creator, whatever the build_type is, all logs are well visible in 'Application Output'.
However, if i start a debug session ('Start debugging at startup project'), then the logs are no more visible (but the debugger outputs are). The only way i found to see them is to check the 'Run in terminal' option and then see them in a cmd window, which is not very convenient (filtering possibility from the 'Application output' view is very usefull for example).

 Additionaly, i run my soft with a 'custom executable'. Not sure thats of importance...
