    Description

      The compile_commands.json generated by Build->"Generate Compilation Database" includes not only .cpp and .c files at the "files" key, but also all .h and .hpp files for the project.

      I noticed that when using the file with ccls, this slows down indexing massively. Could there be an option to exclude header files?
