Improve Compression speed on package creation

by using -mmt$(nproc) the compression speed could be improved.

In the build.py script the usage of os.cpu_count() could replace the -mmt2 option for 7z,

e.g "-mmt%s" % os.cpu_count() or by using f"-mmt{os.cpu_count()}"
