Creator keeps getting confused between Kits

    Description

      I have a MinGW cross-compiling Kit as well as regular native GCC Kits loaded into a project. Qt Creator keeps getting confused as to which Kit is active.

      For example, right now I have the regular native Kit active, but the Code Model inspection says include paths like "/usrx86_64-w64-mingw32/sys-root/mingw/include" are present.

      Closing and opening the file again does not help. Switching Build configurations in the same Kit does.
