    Description

      Add a means to pass options to clang-tidy, these would be options outside of the checks, such as --header-filter as these are currently just ignored if set.

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. QTCREATORBUG-25644 When clang-tidy is parsing the header files due to the settings then the warnings it finds should show up in the text editor as well like they do for implementation files
