Wrong compiler path detection for LLVM based on MSVC

      As you can see in attached screenshot, `Default LLVM ... based on MSVC 2019` entries in Compilers tab have wrong path in Compiler path field.
      This is the very first launch of Qt Creator 4.15 after clean install.

      Another weird behavior: after `Re-detect`, it finds clang-cl.exe correctly and the red icon disappears, but it appears again.
      You can see this behavior in attached video clip.
