clang-cl toolchain is invalid

      LLVM based on MSVC shows up as invalid in Qt Creator 4.15.0. It used to work in 4.14.

       

      I tried deleting all compilers and re-detecting, didn't help, it became invalid again after I closed the options dialog.

      Both Default LLVM and the one I've installed manually show up as invalid.

      Nothing unusual in the compiler configuration.
