Add a quickfix to convert an escaped string to a raw string literal and vice versa

Similar to the quickfix "Escape String Literal as UTF-8".

This is useful for e.g. regular expressions which often contains lots of escape characters. Therefore it's hard to directly compare them with e.g. online regex parsers and I always have to adjust them by hand.
