Toolchains are locked for autotected kits

    Description

      Some autodetected kits have disabled toolchain comboboxes making it impossible to change them (see attached screenshots). For me it's the latest autodetected toolchain, a Qt 6.1.1. My Qt Creator is the snapshot based on https://code.qt.io/cgit/qt-creator/qt-creator.git/log/?id=a3b530614757cd9521b5720d181cd362865a0671
