Add data source to track target information

Maintaining embedded targets requires quite a lot of work and we'd need to understand, which are the most common targets, Qt users use. We need a data source for the telemetry to read this information. Kits Compiler and Debugger fields provide good names and these values are already collected. Device and device type could provide useful information as well.
