Do not scale up icons if scale factor is 150% (Qt 6 based builds)

    Description

      Qt 6 support non-integer scale factors. If the scaling is 150% in Windows 10 we scale up the low-resolution icons. This creates visible artefacts.

      Suggestions: Scale down the high dpi @2 versions of the icons instead.
