Allow selecting what Android template files to copy to the current project

The current "create templates" android dialog allow selecting only whether to copy gradle files. However, it would more convenient to be able to select every individual file to copy, because most of the time, files like libs.xml are not needed to be modified and the default one can be used instead of having to pollute the current project with files that are not really needed.
