Debugger: Breakpoint setting using full path confusion

1) The gdb-setting 'Use full path' seems to be unused
2) The break window now features an option to switch the setting which apparently calls Engine-attemptBreakPointSync(). The action has no effect when the session engine is active, that is, it can be switched only if gdb is running.

The whole setting only makes sense for gdb.
