Description
Hey,
So this is the deal:
I'd like to have Qt in my conanfile.txt for completeness sake, for simplifying CI, and third-parties installation of my project.
However, when I'm developing on my machine, I don't need that extra download, since I have a Kit in Qt Creator with a suitable Qt installation...
I'm not sure that is it possible, but it would be great to have some magic skipping CCI installation of Qt because I really don't need it again in my system...
I use Conan installed by myself with pip.
