Description
Since the latest offical release the qlithtml library (lib) seems missing in the windows build, linux and mac still works.
Plugins requiring this library fail to build on windows.
Please "readd" to windows versions again. Includes are available in the dev packages.
Suggestion: Add a "component" for issue on "Plugin Development"
