Qt Creator New Project Wizard Does Not Work with Inadequate Message for Qt Quick 2 Extension Plugin

Cannot create a new Qt Quick 2 Extension Plugin project using the New Project wizard in Qt Creator for the 6.2.0-beta1 release. 6.1.0 seems to be affected as well.

Problem: Cannot select the kit for 6.x releases as they are grayed out.

"Error: At least one required feature is not present."

I expect something has not been release yet to support this. I have not been able to locate any information in release notes or in any filed bugs.

Problem: No information given on what the problem is or how to correct it.

Expect: At best, kit selection should work, but if it doesn't, adequate information should be provided on what the problem is and how to correct it.
