QML debugging not working out-of-the-box

With QML debugging "Enabled" in Build&Run settings, and a freshly aktivated kit QML debugging does not work for me, even with QML debugging there enabled for both Build and Run.

It starts working once I de-select and re-select the QML Debugging run option.

So this pretty much looks like the debugger aspect setup logic broke.
