QtCreator auto tests crash when launching (Windows)

      Launching Qt Creator tests of a CMake-based build on Windows has a history of reaking and fixing. Currently it is again broken, because paths to Qt Creator bin/ libs/ plugins/ are not automatically set in the run environment.
