Add Delete cmake cache

      Would be helpful to have Delete Cache button in the Projects View, eg. right next to the Re-configure with Initial Parameters button.

      Plus configurable keyboard shortcut for this button and keyboard accelerator in Projects view eg Alt+L ( or any other accelerator that is not reserved ).
