Find References to Symbol Under Cursor does not find all of them

      To reproduce:

      1. Load Creator master branch into Creator.
      2. Open consoleprocess.cpp, line 102, and do "Find References to Symbol Under Cursor" for m_process.
      3. As a result I get only 2 hits (line 102 and 128), while other occurrences (e.g. 593, 594, 595 and so on) are missing.
