Remove information about Qt Quick Designer

      The Qt Quick Designer plugin will be disabled by default in Qt Creator 6.0. Users should use Qt Design Studio instead. The following topic will be turned into a one-page about using Qt Design Studio and all the topics currently below it in the TOC will be hidden:
