SDK Manager gets stuck in "Checking pending licenses"

When setting up Android support, the sdkmanager gets stuck at "checking pending licenses".

Maybe my already installed stuff is too old, but as the user it would be nice to see an information what kind of process it tried to start, so I get any hint what it could be...

for example:

Checking pending licenses via calling "/Users/berlin/Library/Android/sdk/tools/bin/sdkmanager --licenses" ...

In general if it is fragile make it verbose so the user can google stuff.

after I called /Users/berlin/Library/Android/sdk/tools/bin/sdkmanager --licenses in a console it went throw.
