The Windows package of Qt Creator 5.0 (and later) does not contain jom.exe

      When installing Qt Creator via the Qt SDK, jom.exe used to be installed into the bin/ directory. But from Qt Creator 5.0 on, jom is missing. It is also not part of the SDK installer, anymore.
      Not sure if that was intentional or not.
