Multiple issues with create Android templates wizard

I noticed few issues with the wizard for creating the Android templates (gradle and manifest) that either don't work or don't look good.

Issues include wrong default file path, or one with unnecessary extra dots or warnings when copying and trying to edit the project node for CMake projects.
