Unclear filter input for clang-tidy

      I want to ask and also suggest to add a tooltip for the Filter input field in Diagnostics Configurations - Clang-Tidy Checks modal dialog.

      For me is not clear what is this Filter input for.

      So I'm suggesting to add tooltip and also want to ask what is this for. Thank you for your advice.
