Fix the menu items so they do not claim the same "O" character:

File / &Open
File / Open &With...

The "O" should definitely be for the regular "Open".
Microsoft's Explorer is currently using the "H" character for "Open Wit&h..." though that seems odd. Perhaps you should go with the "W" instead, such as: "Open &With..."

Sorry to post all these menu shortcut character suggestions as separate items. I did not want them to get overlooked, as those shortcuts really help speed things. I have been using Qt Creator exclusively and truly miss them.
