setting breakpoint immediately breaks app into debugger

    Description

      Observed:

      when the app is running
      i go into source code
      and click to left of line to set a breakpoint
      debugger immediately breaks app into debugger, in some new thread ending in "DbgBreakPoint", see screen shot.

       

      Expected:

      breakpoint is set, app continues to run
