Can't click in the center of small tool buttons

      In the Debug panel there is small buttons for step forward, step in etc.
      I can't click them if mouse pointer near the center of buttons.
      I have to find the precise position around the center to get it clicked.
      Check out the attached video, it is very annoying bug.
