Support dark mode for docs in the Help mode

      Qt documentation now has a dark mode.  We should provide a replacement .css for dark mode and include it in the .qch files.
      litehtml renders the .css it is given. If the dark mode for the online documentation is implemented via a separate .css file, then we can tell litehtml to use that instead of the "regular" one for dark Qt Creator themes.
