Unable to create new Android device

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open Preferences --> Devices
      2. Select Android tab
      3. Press "Add.." at the bottom right (Under AVD Manager)
      4. in the "Create new AVD" pop-up fill in the required fields (name, architecture...)
      5. Press OK

      Observed:
        Following message is shown:

       

      Expected: I should be able to create a new Android virtual device within Qt Creator
