Auto-generation of renesas RH850 and cypress TVII kits fails in Qt creator

Re-opening this, as it is (again) a problem after refactoring the kit generation with QtCreator 9. Default values are missing for several dependencies for these boards.

This is because of the incorrect GHS toolchain path on start of Qt creator.
