Pasting Snippet to DPaste.com doesn't work at first

1. Start Creator.
2. Select "Tools" -> "Code Pasting" -> "Paste Snippet..." from the menu.
3. In the appearing dialog, select the protocol "Dpaste.com".
4. Type some characters into the large edit on the bottom of the dialog.
5. Click "Paste".
   In the "General Messages" view, you can read something like:

   DPaste.Com: Error transferring https://dpaste.com/api/v2/ - server replied: Too Many Requests
   DPaste.Com: You have exceeded our rate limit of 1 request per second. Please pause at least 1.0 seconds between requests. Full terms: http://bit.ly/dpaste-tos
   

6. Repeat steps 2 to 5.
   Now pasting works.
