Help Mode: not handling shortcuts

    Description

      While supported in editor window, Help Mode does not handle proposed shortcuts:

      • Mouse's BACK button to go back in history
      • ALT-Left to go back in history
      • CTRL-M to set a bookmark

      Direction arrows and page Up/Down are correctly handed in Help window.
