Qt Creator long delay until the GUI shows up

    Description

      On my two Windows 10 machines that I have at hand now, on which I have Qt 5.15.x and Qt 6.2.x with only MSVC 2019 and MinGW compilers I tested the -profile command line argument for Qt Creator while having DebugView open:

      (A485 - Ryzen7 4core laptop, R9 - Ryzen 9 16 core desktop)

      qtcreator.exe -profile

      A485:

      R9

      A splash screen displayed for 10.5s or 6.3s would make sense.

      qtcreator.exe -tcs -noload all -load CppEditor -load CMakeProjectManager -profile

      00000067	3.50289369	[7204] Total:      370ms

      In this lite mode the splash screen would still make sense for 6.8s and 3.5s
