      Unable to open file with path inclusing forward-slash / instead of backslash {{}} on Windows:
      i.e:  C:/Dev/Project2022/src/main.cpp

       Use case is to open source file upon compilation warning/error with copy/paste filename into "Open File" dialog from Qt Creator.
