Tooltip is blocking code suggestions

    Description

      Code suggestion is not working. This is what happening instead:

      I need to press ESC for the useless tooltip to disappear. Then it starts suggesting. So this tooltip is a culprit. It's blocking code suggestions.

      Addition #1. Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create empty Qt Quick application project.
      2. See the video I have attached. Suggestion is not appearing until I close the tooltip (by pressing Esc button).
