Installer error on RHEL7.6 (CXXABI/GLIBCXX version issue)

      Installer error while installing Qt5.15.x to RHEL7.6 (one of the supported hosts):

      /home/qt/RTA/Qt_5.15.8//Tools/QtCreator/libexec/qtcreator/sdktool: /lib64/libstdc++.so.6: version `CXXABI_1.3.8' not found (required by /home/qt/RTA/Qt_5.15.8//Tools/QtCreator/libexec/qtcreator/sdktool)

      Installation continues with the 'Ignore' click, but Creator is not launching.

      ./qtcreator: error while loading shared libraries: libQt6Core.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

      Assuming root cause is same as with Ubuntu18.04 (QTCREATORBUG-26167)
