Add / update clang-format, clang-tidy and clazy settings for Qt Creator source code

Qt Creator comes with clang-format, clang-tidy and clazy as code format / analyzers for source code.

One would expect that Qt Creator's source code is configured in such a way that if you open Qt Creator's source code in Qt Creator and start hacking the code will adhere to the right coding style.
