Jom doesn't handle long paths correctly

      If the filepaths are getting to long jom cannot handle it anymore reports errors like the following:

      Error: dependent '..\..\Users\vagrant\Qt\6.2.2\msvc2019_64\include\QtCore\qcoreapplication_platform.h' does not exist.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Unzip attached example in C:\
      2. Build with Qt 6.2.2 using qmake
