Qt Creator crashes when opening a CMakeLists.txt file

    Description

      When trying to open the qt5\qtdoc module (dev branch) after possibly destroying the CMakeLists.txt file by making changes to it, Qt Creator consistently crashes after kit selection. The same file can be opened without problems by cadam. I can open example projects using the same kits (Desktop Qt 6.2.0 MSVC2019 64bit and Desktop Qt 6.2.1 MSVC2019 64bit} without problems.
