Qt Creator should better inform of unfinished kit setups

      When instantiating emscripten sdk for WASM, you get a subtle dialog in the bottom part of the Qt Creator:

      expected outcome:

       

      Qt Creator should invoke a modal dialog when the WASM target is selected for the project instead.

      OR

      the subtle notice at footer should be made with proper CTA colors (red, orange etc).

      This blocks https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-100055
