QtCreator 6.0.2 won't let user select any Android device

I installed Qt 6.2.2 from online installer. It comes with QtCreator 6.0.2.

Within QtCreator, I setup Android environnement (get DSK command lines tool and install all required packages). In the end, "Android settings" group has a green check mark indicating confirmation is valid.

However, the Devices tab does not show "Android" device, nor are the kits created.

In earlier version of QtCreator (4.12.0 with Qt 5.14.2), next to "SDK Manager" tab were located a "AVD Manager tab" where a "Custom" device was listed and then the "Devices" tab had listed an "Android" peripheral. With this new version of QtCreator, those tabs are gone and apparently no Android device is created, then Android kit does not automatically created and deployment on Android is impossible.
