Crash while debugging on MacOSX M1 Pro

I am trying QtCreator on my new Mac M1Pro. So this is a very small C++ test application with a liberal. I was able to set a breakpoint and run it a few times. At some point, I was sitting on the breakpoint and I switched to another workspace since QtCreator was running in full-screen mode. Soon after I was at another workplace I got a crash error.

Also, I was trying to attach crash in txt or log (text file) and keep getting errors from Jira.

"Jira could not attach the file as there was a missing token. Please try attaching the file again."

I will try to attach the log a little later hoping this error will go away
