    Description

      The McuSupport plugin started as a POC prototype that has been patched over time to accommodate new features. Because of that, a huge amount of technical debt has been accumulated, making any further modifications costly, difficult, and error-prone.

      We receive many bug reports for MCU support in Qt Creator, it particularly affects the first impression when trying out Qt for MCUs during evaluation.
