"check for free diskspace" relatively to the directory in which the binary deployed

The "check for free diskspace" deployment step should probably be relative to the directory in which the binary is to be deployed. The default value is '/', but this check will fail if, for instance '/' is a read-only or a IFS filesystem containing the mountpoints for other RW partitions, or if the '/' is an overlay of IFS and a QNX6FS filesystem.
