Remove QtQuick UI File (.ui.qml) file creation from Qt Creator

      .ui.qml files are not meant to be edited by hand and users should only work on those with Qt Design Studio.
      This task is for removing this option for creating .ui.qml files in Qt Creator from New File wizard.
