1. In Creator's Welcome mode, show the "Tutorials" or "Marketplace" tab.
2. Move your mouse point over one of the items shown.
   The item will be highlighted with a gray background or a frame.
   
3. Click somewhere below the vertical line in this highlighted area, but not on one of the written tags.
   Nothing will happen.

This is confusing because the highlighting implies that the hovered area is active in some way. With some trial and error one can figure out that one has to either click above the line or directly on a tag. It should be made more obvious where the user should click.
