Add git context menu to Projects and File System views

    Description

      The context menu for files under version control could contain the same entries as Tools > Git > Current File.

      And for files not under version control, an "Add" button would be useful. (I just had the problem after copying an .ico and .rc file to the project).

      The context menu could be provided for the other VCS also.
